Refund Policy
At Chocoelate, every product we create—whether it’s a custom chocolate mold, printed chocolate, or engraved chocolate—is made exclusively for you.
Each order is crafted based on your unique design specifications, which means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. We’ll carefully review your case and work with you to provide an appropriate solution—whether that’s a replacement, adjustment, or another form of resolution.
Our goal is to ensure that every Chocoelate creation meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship, and brings delight to your recipients.
